You have tried the usual killing of scdaemon, gpg-agent, ...?

Stevetag:gpgtools.tenderapp.com,2011-11-04:Comment/491525922021-04-20T13:50:13Z2021-04-20T13:50:13Zgpg: selecting card failed: Operation not supported by device... again?

No plan to upgrade (it was working nicely before the reboot) but I will do.
Tested also after killing interesting processes, did not solve the problem.

brew uninstall --ignore-dependencies gnupg
brew install gnupg@2.2

Marcintag:gpgtools.tenderapp.com,2011-11-04:Comment/491525922021-04-26T19:12:13Z2021-04-26T19:12:13Zgpg: selecting card failed: Operation not supported by device... again?

Tx for sharing!
I don’t know why but after a few hours, my Yubikey was working again!? (and nothing changed)
