Method of decypting all email at once then encryting with new key?
I am wondering if there is a method or tool to decrypt all email at once then encrypt it all with a new key.

sadly no. I assume you are asking this in regards to a key transition?
We keep getting the request to encrypt all existing mail. Your feature request goes in a similar direction. I agree it would be useful to have this, but this is not something to "just implement". It is further down the road and needs thorough testing.
I have added this specific request to the existing ticket and connected this discussion. That means, should this discussion get closed, it will be re-opened as soon as the ticket is closed. That way you'll receive a notification. Feel free to open a new discussions should you run into further problems or need assistance.
