Apple M1 Macbook Pro 13"?
I would like to know, that If I buy a new MacBook Pro 13" with Apple M1 chip, Will the GPG Mail work?

welcome to the GPGTools support platform.
GPG Suite is compatible with macOS 11 Big Sur and the next release will also run native on M1 macs. The native M1 support is currently available in our hotfix build:
https://releases.gpgtools.org/nightlies/
Note that even now GPG Suite runs great on M1 macs. GPG Suite 2020.2 will ask to install Rosetta 2. So you can use the hotfix build to get native support now.
