I searched your form and could not find "How to create another sec/pub". I have another email service that I do not want to share my original sec/pub. Do I really have to use the same original sec/pub?

For example, on GPG Keychain app, there is a "+" New button. If I click the "New" button, will it ask me to create sec/pub or pub? This reason, if I click the "New" (button) that might take over my original sec/pub that it might be too late for me to cancel that button.

    Hey Jeff,

you can create as many keys as you want in GPG Keychain. The keys you create will always be sec/pub.

In general we recommend to add a second email as user ID: This KB-article explains how to add more than one email address to an existing key. The email addresses in a key are called userIDs and you can add as many as you want. You can of course also create an additional key for the other email address.

Important: Note that all email addresses you add to a single key can be connected to one identity. Depending on your use-case this might be wanted or should be avoided. Please consider that first and then proceed.

So the only case we recommend a separate additional key is when you indeed do not want to connect the different email addresses to one identity.

    Hope this helps,
    Steve
