Please make a new tagged GitHub release for pinentry-mac

I see that recently pinentry-mac had the internal pinentry bumped to 0.9.4.

Could we please have a new tagged release of pinentry-mac on GitHub? At the very least, it makes Homebrew users be able to have the latest and greatest.
