<p>we are very sorry for your bad experience.</p>
<p>This is a known problem which we have since fixed. In your case an empty passphrase was stored in macOS Keychain which is the reason why the decryption is aborted automatically.</p>
<p>Please download and install our <a href="https://releases.gpgtools.org/nightlies/GPG_Suite-2724n.dmg">latest hotfix GPG Suite</a> and see if that solves your problem. You will be asked again for the password when you decrypt or sign another message.</p>
