I purchased a support plan last year, do I have to renew to download and install 19.2 or later?

    Hi a.,

GPG Mail 4 is indeed a payed upgrade. For existing users we offer a 30% discount which will automatically apply if you activate your GPG Mail 3 Support Plan and then upgrade.

You can install 2019.2 and keep using GPG Mail 3 if you plan on staying on macOS Mojave some longer.

If you are unsure whether to upgrade or not you can start a new 30-day-trial to evaluate if GPG Mail works for you or not.

Do let us know, should you have additional questions.

    Kind regards,
    Steve

Is there a link for renewal as opposed to purchasing new? I only have the
    option to purchase.

Do you currently have GPG Mail 3 activated on your mac? In that case have you clicked the option to "Keep GPG Mail 3"?

if you have GPG Mail 3 activated on your mac and are not seeing an option to upgrade to GPG Mail 4 with the 30% discount for existing users applied, please

    1. open Mail > Preferences > GPG Mail
    2. click Deactivate button
    3. click Activate button
    4. enter your GPG Mail 3 activation code

After your GPG Mail 3 activation is checked you will be offered to "Keep GPG Mail 3" or "Upgrade Now" which will allow you to purchase a support plan for GPG Mail 4 with the discount applied.

Let me know if that worked.

    All the best,
    Steve
