We had to move away from mail app with some of our users due to the massive and continued problems with Mac Mail and its sqlite DB getting corrupted. (basicly anyone with large mail folders trees on our imap server
(On my laptop mail was in a continuous rebuild loop, and when running is the largest consumer of disk and cpu on my computer)

As a loyal user and support customer i would like to see this feature added. I cant be the only one who cant use mail due to this flaw

Steven Petersontag:gpgtools.tenderapp.com,2011-11-04:Comment/475613052019-08-26T15:54:24Z2019-08-26T15:54:25ZOutlook Mac Support

My employer requires me to use Outlook on my Mac. Not having a simple interface to GPGtools prevents me from using the product for signing and encryption. This is not of a small community with this requirement. Why are we still waiting after these many years?

Darryl Bakertag:gpgtools.tenderapp.com,2011-11-04:Comment/475613052019-09-02T10:58:29Z2019-09-02T10:58:29ZOutlook Mac Support

We do not offer any Outlook plugin. You could use GPGServices as a workaround. But that is a lot more inconvenient than using Mail.app with GPGMail.

We already have a feature request to add OpenPGP support to Outlook and I've added your comments and vote to it. The number of votes is one factor that helps us to determine what feature to add next.

At the moment GPGServices is your best bet if you have to rely on Outlook. This discussion will be updated however, when the requested feature is available.

All the best,
