GPG Mail: Which one caused the operation timed out?
The operation couldn't be completed.
Operation timed out
The connection to the server "imap.cox.net" on port 143 timed out.
Is this related to the GPG Suite software or Cox internet server (not GPG Suite)? Do I need to change the number for Mail's port configuration?

I am surprised to see this new popup window today. Oh boy.

Hi Jeff,
that is an error that was going on for a long time but we managed to fix last week.
Could you please download and install our latest hotfix GPG Suite and see if that solves your problem.
All the best,
Steve

I downloaded the hotfix GPG Suite and executed it. Are these properly updated versions? i.e. One is for Mail and another one is for System Preferences.
That's all I need to know. Thanks.

Yes, the nightly builds include the master build of all components.
Is the problem persisting after installing the nightly build?

It is too early for me to tell... I restarted my computer and then I re-installed it because I wanted to clear up the system and memory.
I forgot to delete the GPG first. Too late. It seems that nothing happens after that. The nightly build installation is easy. I guess that I have to wait and see what happen.
...Maybe, Mail is calming - no crying popup windows. It's a good thing that the software baby is sleeping. lol

You don't have to uninstall first. You can just install the nightly build over the existing installation.
Ok, just let us know in a few days how things are going.
And meanwhile have a great weekend :)
Best,
Steve
