GPG Keychain: Decrypt with wrong pgp public key

The key is using public key under the name Empire and email: [email blocked] and will not decrypt any message I need to.

Expected
I uploaded my public pgp key and I need to be Able to decrypt message and did not expect this to occur.

   welcome to the GPGTools support platform. Sorry you are having problems using GPG Suite.

   I am not quite sure I understand the question. Are you seeing any error message when you are trying to decrypt the message in question? If yes, please create a screenshot and attach it to this discussion.
