Mails cannot be loaded
I have the problem that I wanted to view a Email and I only see
the loading indicator. (Spinner with message "Loading...")
This message never disappears. (I have not tried a restart of
Mail)
The message was not encrypted and I think that the GPGTools plugin
does not process the message properly.
After I have uninstalled the GPGTool plugin, I can see the
messages.
On a message with the loading indicator I can View -> Message -> Raw Source, and here I can view the message in raw source. So the message was loaded from the server and is available.

Hi Rene,
thanks for your report.
Does this persist if you re-install the 10.10 beta?
If it does, could you please open Console.app and see if you can find any GPGMail / gpg / Libmacgpg related errors, when this happens?
All the best,
steve

I have reinstalled the GPGTool and I still have the same error.
I looks like that this issue only happens with messages that where written with Outlook and contains an windmill.dat attachment.
Here a crash I found in the log:

contains a winmail.dat attachment.
(damn autocorrection)

Hi Rene,
could you please post the Version of GPGMail you're running.
You can find it under Mail.app -> Preferences -> GPGMail
If you're on Yosemite, please make sure it says 2.5b1
5 Posted by Rene on 11 Nov, 2014 07:16 AM
Hi,
it says:
Version 2.5b1
Build: 783b
6 Posted by Hans on 11 Nov, 2014 08:57 PM
I'm seeing the same behavior on Yosemite with 2.5b1 / build 783b. When I receive messages from Outlook with a winmail.dat, GPGMail hangs and I get a "Loading..." spinner.
I also have basically the same stack trace if I look in the logs.

Hi,
we have just found the bug you're describing and will hopefully have a fix for it soon.
Would it be possible to forward us a message to test with to team (at) gpgtools (dot) org
Thanks!

Hi Rene,
this issue is fixed in GPG Suite beta 3. Please download that from our homepage https://gpgtools.org/
All the best,
