upgrade to GnuPG 2.1.21

Which of our tools is giving you problems? GnuPG 2.1.21 was released as a stable and gpgtools should upgrade to it because GnuPG 2.0.30 will reach end of life 2017-12-31.

    could you please download and install our latest GPG Suite nightly build. gpg 2.1 has been added to the nightly branch. That page also has sig and SHA256 to verify the download.
