GPG Keychain: verification failed

some of my collegues and I have gpgtools installed on our macs and we have been using the encryption successfully for months. suddenly I can't open their mails properly - I only see a mail attachment document and and question mark in the mail. if I click on the question mark it says "verification failed, no signatures found". I've deleted and then reinstalled their signatures. They can read my encrypted mails as previously - it is only me who can't read theirs. We all have the latest version of tools installed.

Can you help?

    Hi Alexander,

welcome to the GPGTools support platform. Sorry you are having problems using GPG Suite.

Are you seeing any error message? If so, please click the "More Details" button and attach a screenshot of the error message.

In case you are not seeing any error message could you please download and install our latest GPG Suite nightly build and see if the problem persists. That page also has sig and SHA256 to verify the download.

    All the best,
    steve

Disclaimer: This is a development version which has not been thoroughly tested yet - bugs or crashes are to be expected. Thanks for helping us test.
