Hi i have accidentally deleted my private key on my Mac would there be anyway to get it back

welcome to the GPGTools support platform. Sorry you are having problems using GPG Suite.
This KB-article explains what to do if you forgot your password or lost access to your secret key.

Hi mate so pretty much I deleted my private key and I'm still not sure what to do even after you sent me this information could you please do a step to step quite on how to get it back thanks
