GPGMail: Encryption box unavailable

Hello

Issue on a macOS 10.12.4 with GPG Suite 2017.1b3
- signature tick box is available in new messages or in answer to messages - encryption tick box is NOT available (lite grey) - everything seems normal GPG keychain v1.3.3b2 (1271b) - In preferences, everything is normal too

In Mail.app :
- I am able to decrypt emails I have sent - I am unable to decrypt emails I have received. They appear as two files : 1 called “PGPMIME Versions Identification”; the other one “encrypted”

If I save the file “encrypted”, decode it with “services” and then save it as an eml file on the desk, it works… So to the least it means the problem is not everywhere but related to Mail.app (and GPGmail perhaps?)

   Hi JJ,

   welcome to the GPGTools support platform. Sorry you are having problems using GPG Suite.

   Could you please download and install our latest GPG Suite nightly build and see if the problem with the received mails persists. That page also has sig and SHA256 to verify the download.

   Regarding the encrypt button, what happens if you send yourself a test mail. Use the e-mail you used for the key you created. Does that allow for the mail to be encrypted?

   Thank you for your fast reply. I have tested the nightly build [restart / repair file permissions] but unfortunately it doesn’t work (even when I try to send an email to myself).

   Subkey was expired. To solve this JJ extended the subkey and is back to working state.
