GPGMail: Still get messages about incompatible plugin disabled

Running gpg suite 2017.1b2, with osx sierra, mail client Version 10.3 (3273)

Expected
Mac mail client would start up and I’d see the sign and encrypt buttons available

    welcome to the GPGTools support platform. Sorry you are having problems using GPG Suite.

    Please update to 2017.1b3 and let me know if that fixes this problem for you.

    Please note that there is no official support for macOS pre-release versions. So if you rely on GPGMail for your productive work, please stick to the stable release channel of macOS.
