GPG Yosemite final release schedule?
I was wondering if there's some sense of when the final version for GPG Yosemite will be released? In terms of a rough estimate it, will it be a few weeks or a few months?

We're still planning to release it by end of November.
Hope to make it in in time.

And that's the reason we do not give ETAs :)
But GPG Suite beta 3 is out and free for all to use. We've heard it works pretty reliable. Currently we are preparing the next beta.

It gets disabled on start up from the mail client since the last update!

Not everybody can afford to use beta version... even one that is "pretty reliable".
Hartmut post above shows that :(
If encryption does not work, i can not work anymore.
When is a reasonable deadline where we can expect to have the final version?
Jo
PS: I am still on maverick, and I must say that according to the buggy version of yosemite that came out, I am glad that I did not upgraded right away ;)
PSPS: Since a paying version is coming, do you plan to have ressources to update faster you tools to the coming next update of OSX?

Hi Hartmut,
to effectively help you, can you please post the version info as described here: http://support.gpgtools.org/kb/faq/where-can-i-find-version-info-of...
Hartmut, are you using any custom built components? The website says you need our latest key, so please make sure you install all components that come with the installer.
Jo: before jumping to conclusions, let's first try to find out, what is going wrong for Hartmut.
All the best,
steve

Hi!
Thanks for the link. It seems that my download was the beta1! Strange but anyway.
After updating from inside the GPGPreferences to beta3 the Mac Mail client opened without disabling the plug-in :)
Decrypting works fine now.
Thanks for your help!
Best,
Hartmut

Hi Hartmut,
this might just have been your browser cashing an old link.
Thanks a lot for your quick feedback and great to hear everything is now working as expected.
