GPGMail: email hangs

the email hangs and new msgs are not downloading

Expected
that the email client downloads msgs normally

   welcome to the GPGTools support platform. Sorry you are having problems using GPG Suite.

   GPG Suite 2017.1b3 has just been released. Could you please update to the new release and let us know if your problem persists using the latest beta.
