GPGMail: 2017 beta 2 stops mail from working

When I install 2017-1b2, I can open Mail, but once I try to preview/open/send a message Mail just hangs. All I get is the spinning mouse pointer and a Force Quite option on the Dock menu.

Expected
A working mail - especially since none of the messages I tried are encrypted or signed, they should bypass GpgMail

    Hey Angelo,

    welcome to the GPGTools support platform. Sorry you are having problems using GPG Suite.

    Could you please download and install our latest GPG Suite nightly build and see if the problem persists. That page also has sig and SHA256 to verify the download.

    Are you seeing a crash report after you force quit mail.app? If so, can you please attach such a report as .txt file to this discussion.

    This seems to solve the problem. There was no crash report before, so I couldn't add that.
    If further problems occur I'll submit a new report.
