Hey Martin,
welcome to the GPGTools support platform. Sorry you are having problems using GPG Suite.
Please open GPGPreferences and on the settings tab under key server select hkps://hkps.pool.sks-keyservers.net from the dropdown. That key server will use an encrypted connection.
Then retry to upload the public key.
Let me know if that worked.

Hallo Martin,
der "hkps://hkps.pool.sks-keyservers.net" funktioniert heute (22.02.2017) wieder.
Ich hatte gestern Nachtmittag (21.02.2017) auch eine Problem mit den Server.
Meine Vermutung ist, beim Betreiber war eine Störung oder eine Server-Wartung.

Danke für die Info, leider klappt es nun nicht mehr, da ich zwischenzeitlich auf 10.3 Beta umgestiegen bin.
Aber das wird schon ... ;)

Hi Toeben,
please note that there is no official support for macOS pre-release versions. So if you rely on GPGMail for your productive work, please stick to the stable release channel of macOS.
Could you please download and install our latest GPG Suite nightly build and see if the problem persists. That page also has sig and SHA1 to verify the download.

Wir würden empfehlen, in GPG Keychain > Einstellungen > Keyserver auf den hkps key server zu wechseln. Dies ist dann ein key server cluster und damit weniger fehleranfällig.
Ansonsten lass uns bitte wissen, sollte es mit der aktuellen beta immer noch Probleme geben.
