The front page of GPGTools.org contains the text in the subject, suggesting that a "license" must be acquired to use the software. But the license is GPL3, which I already have a copy of. Do you mean "unlock code" or other such nonsense?

Hi Glyph,
while the source code remains open and under the GPL we will start charging a small fee for GPGMail. That's what the license bit is referring to.
Hope that explains it.
