<p>thanks for the report. I've split your comment into a separate
discussion since it's easier to deal with such issues on a per case
basis.</p>
<p>Please open GPG Keychain and double click the public key in
question with fingerprint F2DF 0420 6044 D414 F829 5329 85C7 2ED7
6033 7E82.</p>
<p>In the key tab you will notice that the capabilities section
only lists "sc". On the sub-key tab you'll notice that one subkey
with the capability "e" which stands for encrypt is no longer
valid. Hence you cannot encrypt anything using this public key.</p>
<p>Please ask the key owner to update the key.</p>

encrypt button in such cases.</p>
