Hello,
Just installed GPGmail, and I have generated keys, etc, and can sign emails, but the 'lock' encryption button is not clickable in mail. I'm 10.7.2.

Thanks

    Hey Austin,

thanks for your interest in our tools. You've come to the right place to get your issue solved :)

First, I'm somewhat uncertain, about which of our tools you actually installed. You say "full package installer" so that sounds like you let our GPGTools Installer run on your system. Which version of the installer did you use? Next you are referring to 2.04 which must be GPGMail 2.0a4 (an early alpha build).

Ok, so from what you write I assume, that GPGMail is correctly installed. It seems to show up in your Mail.app > Settings (which is good).

For starters: Could you read through: http://support.gpgtools.org/kb/faq/first-steps-where-do-i-start-whe...

Please see if all the details apply to your setup (e.g. does the recipients mail have the according public key in your GPG Keychain Access etc?

If then, you still have questions please come back and ask some more ;)
