Hello,

My name is Sergei and I'm working for Parity Technologies. My colegue Kirill is in contact with Lukas about bulk buying licenses of GPG Suite.

I have installed and set up GPG suite on my macOS, but the problem is that the integration with Mail.app doesn't work. In particular, GPG features didn't appear in the UI of Mail.app.

Is there any way to troubleshoot the problem?

Expected
I would expect that after installation GPG suite integrates into Mail.app

    Hi Sergei,

we are very sorry for your bad experience.
Due to changes introduced by Apple with macOS Mojave, Mail plugins have to be enabled manually before they can be used. It is unfortunately no longer possible for us to do that during installation as in previous versions.
Please follow these steps, and you should be up and running in no time:
    https://gpgtools.tenderapp.com/kb/gpgmail-faq/enable-gpg-mail-on-ma...

    Hope that helps.

Sergei, thanks for asking the question. It helped solve my problem, but what a pain! It might be worthwhile Luke for you to make it more obvious upon installation that more work is required to enable it.

    Hi Thoran,

we are looking into options how to make this more obvious to users.

@Sergei: are you still seeing your problem?

    Best,
    Steve
