Same problem here, stopped decrypting attachments after update.

    Encrypted attachments definitely not de-crypting since update to 10.13.5 and Suite 2018.2, not even with Nightly dd 8 June. The encrypted attachment does not even decrypt outside the Mail app...

    I hope this can be repaired soon.

    We have a ticket for this problem. I connected this discussion with the existing ticket. That means, should this discussion get closed, it will be re-opened as soon as the ticket is closed.
