Unable to Import PGP Keys from .txt File

Upon copying and pasting a public key into a .txt file, I cannot seem to import the key into GPG Keychain.

I'll click:
Import > [key to be imported.txt]

And... nothing.

I've had this work previously, so I do not believe that there is any user error on my part, but I could always be wrong. Any help would be appreciated!

    I have resolved my issue:

    It seems as if I neglected to include both;

    -----BEGIN PGP PUBLIC KEY BLOCK-----

    and

    -----END PGP PUBLIC KEY BLOCK-----

    in my .txt file, and I must have included it previously, so I thought something was going on. Maybe this'll help someone else down the road!

    Sorry for cluttering up the forum!
