Update prompt window steals focus
When the window opens to offer an upgrade to the latest version, the window jumps straight to the foreground and steals focus from whatever I'm doing. While typing, this is disruptive.
Expected
The window opens no more focused than opening behind the focused window, maybe bouncing the Dock icon for more attention, and doesn't steal focus.
