<p>welcome to the GPGTools support platform. Sorry you are having problems using GPG Suite.</p>
<p>This <a href="https://gpgtools.tenderapp.com/kb/gpg-keychain-faq/how-to-revoke-a-key-or-user-id-and-can-i-delete-a-key-from-the-key-servers#lost-secret-key-or-password">KB-article</a> explains what to do if you forgot your password or lost access to your secret key. Before removing GPG Suite, I'd recommend trying to revoke that old key, when that is possible.</p>
<p>To avoid those pinentry requests for a key for which you forgot your password, you may also want to open GPG Keychain, double click the key in question and tick the "Disable" option in the details panel that opens after the double click.</p>
<p>That should get rid of the pinentry requests. You could then create a new key and work with that key. Please see this <a href="https://gpgtools.tenderapp.com/kb/faq/passphrase-management">KB-article</a> on how to manage passwords for your keys. That KB mentions ways to use GPGMail without being bothered by pinentry.</p>
<p>This <a href="https://gpgtools.tenderapp.com/kb/faq/uninstall-gpg-suite">KB-article</a> explains how to uninstall GPGTools.</p>
