    Hi Zydrunas,

welcome to the GPGTools support platform. Sorry you are having problems using GPG Suite.

We currently offer GPG Suite 2016.10 (stable) and GPG Suite 2017.1 (beta). GPGMail for macOS 10.12 Sierra is in beta. To switch to the beta channel:

    1. open GPGPreferences > Settings
    2. in the Update section tick the checkbox to 'Include beta builds'
    3. optionally also enable automatic update checks, to ensure you are notified about new beta releases
    4. press 'Check Now'

After that GPGMail should be up and running again.

If you see any trouble using the beta, please let us know.

    All the best,

It appears that GPGMail was not installed correctly..

Yeah, that happens when you update from a previous macOS version to 10.12 Sierra. The updating process will be a lot smoother as soon as the next beta is out.

So things are working fine now?

Ah in that case, you have to use the beta release, since you are on macOS 10.12.

We hope to move GPGMail for 10.12 to stable fairly soon to avoid this confusion.

Indeed, it appeared and is working at least for one account. Thanks!

Great! I agree it's a bit confusing at this very moment. The website has the detail information in small text below the download button for the stable release.

Glad this is solved for you. I'm closing this discussion. Should you need further assistance or have questions you can re-open this discussion here or open a new one any time.

    Best, steve
