welcome to the GPGTools support platform. Sorry you are having problems using GPG Suite.

We currently offer GPG Suite 2016.10 (stable) and GPG Suite 2017.1 (beta). GPGMail for macOS 10.12 Sierra is in beta. To switch to the beta channel:

open GPGPreferences > Settings

in the Update section tick the checkbox to 'Include beta builds'

optionally also enable automatic update checks, to ensure you are notified about new beta releases

press 'Check Now'

After that GPGMail should be up and running again.

If you see any trouble using the beta, please let us know.

All the best,

if you are unavailable, this KB has steps in case you are behind a compnay firewall:
https://gpgtools.tenderapp.com/kb/faq/cant-reach-key-server-are-you...

Are you using IPv6 or IPv4? You can easily check that on https://www.whatismyip.com/ if the string consists of numbers and letters and is longer than the "normal" IP address you are using IPv6.
