<p>if GPG Keychain Access doesn't ask you for a password it means,
that you've already entered it previously and that it's still
stored in cache so you don't have to re-enter it for every single
task.</p>
<p>If you've installed GPGPreferences you can configure for how
long these passwords will be stored. If you set the time to 0 it
won't be cached at all and you'll be asked everytime.</p>
