Hi Sebastian,
as the error message shows (also for GPGMail in an incomprehensible way)
you don't have the secret key needed to decrypt the message in your keychain.
First please check if the key is indeed not there by opening GPG Keychain Access, clicking the checkbox in the lower right saying something like "show secrety keys only" (don't know what it is in italian, or if we have an italian translation yet) and verify you see the address your email is encrypted to.
If you've recently re-installed your system there's a good chance you didn't copy your gpg keys over from your old installation.
In that case you need to fetch the keys from your backup.

Hmmm... that's tricky then.
Could you try to select the text starting at ---- BEGIN...
and copy the content into a text file called t.asc which you save on the Desktop.
After that open Terminal.app and run the following command:
gpg --decrypt ~/Desktop/t.asc
After that please post the output here if you encounter an error.

Hehe, no problem.
In your email you see text that starts with
-----BEGIN PGP MESSAGE-----
and ends with
-----END PGP MESSAGE-----
Copy that text from start to end and paste it into a text file.
We could also have a short screen sharing session using TeamViewer,
so I could log on your machine to debug on there.
Of course that's a very sensitive operation.
Btw. di dove sei?

I guess TeamViewer is the best option if you have the will and time.I trust you more handling this stuff than i trust myself :)

Alright, than let's do that :)
You can fetch TeamViewer here: http://www.teamviewer.com/download/version_6x/TeamViewerQS.dmg
If you have Skype it'd also be helpful if you could send me your account name via email to [email blocked]
