Decrypt files
Using OSX 10.6.8 with GPGTools ver2011.12.24
When I encrypt a file on computer A and then copy the file to
computer B, And attempt to decrypt the file, I get a message that
says Decryption Failed. Computer B has my key that was exported
from Computer A.
Any ideas from anyone? Thanks

Hi James,
are you sure you've exported the private key too?
It's important that both your computers have the private key, otherwise you'll not be able to decrypt the file.
If you have your secret key on both computers, we'll find a way to solve this :)

You can use GPG Keychain Access to verify that you have your private key.
Click the checkbox that says something like "only show private/secret keys"
and check if your address you've encrypted to appears there.

Checked the Show Secret Keys Only in the lower R/H and it comes up blank...Only Public keys are visible. So i guess that means I have not exported all the correct keys to computer that i want to use to decrypt the file.
I did not select the allow the "sec" key to be exported, went back checked that box and exported to the second computer and it works as designed.
Thanks for the Help.
