preinstalled. I've also just installed GPG tools.

When I Right click/cntrl+click in TXT Edit the "SERVICES" menu
does not appear thereby not allowing me to encrypt / decrypt
anything. When I go to system preferences > keyboard, I see that
keyboard shortcuts can be assigned to do encrypt/decrypt tasks, but
upon assigning a key shortcut, and then actually trying the
keyboard shortcut in TextEdit, it does not work whatsoever.

Is there something I'm doing wrong? Or is there not support for
GPGTools for 10.8.2 yet?

Thank you for this amazing free program and any answers /
support provides

Normmwebtag:gpgtools.tenderapp.com,2011-11-04:Comment/208621162012-11-15T04:14:21Z2012-11-15T04:14:22ZServices Not Working in OS 10.8.2 (web)

Actually, I've just followed the on-site instructions and now I
can see "Services" in TextEdit, the problem is, when I try to
encrypt, and use my own key, it ends up encrypting it into 2
separate PGP messages. Upon decrypting each message, there is
duplicate text in each.

Simplified:

I type: DOG

Right click on text/highlight "DOG" > services > encrypt
> use my own key

there then becomes 2 separate PGP messages.

Decrypt 1st message, there's 2x words, "DOG"

Decrypt 2nd message, there's 2x words, "DOG"

Normmwebtag:gpgtools.tenderapp.com,2011-11-04:Comment/208621162012-11-15T05:18:59Z2012-11-15T05:19:00ZServices Not Working in OS 10.8.2 (web)

After doing some reading, I probably should have mentioned that
I have not made a donation and downloaded whatever version of
GPGTools for mac was available on the download page.

Maybe this is the reasoning of the bug on 10.8.2...? Running
what might be an earlier version of GPGtools?

Normmwebtag:gpgtools.tenderapp.com,2011-11-04:Comment/208621162012-11-15T08:36:35Z2012-11-16T00:14:21ZServices Not Working in OS 10.8.2 (web)

Hey Normmweb,

GPGMail the GPGTools plugin for Mail.app for 10.8 is currently
donation only. GPGServices are running perfectly fine on 10.8
though. So since you are trying to get GPGServices setup correctly,
you should be fine. Looks like you were able to activate the
GPGServices correctly. About the issue with the 2 encrypted
msgs:

Could you please visit our nightly builds and download the
latest GPGTools_Installer-latest.dmg file.

Run that on your system and see if the problem persists.

All the best,

Downloading the latest nightly build did indeed fix the problem.
A big thanks to all your genius's over there at GPGtools. :)

Normmwebtag:gpgtools.tenderapp.com,2011-11-04:Comment/208621162012-11-16T00:15:17Z2012-11-16T00:15:17ZServices Not Working in OS 10.8.2 (web)

Thanks so much for your kind words. And very happy to see you up
