It says it no longer supports Power PC, yet I am on a iMac intel core 2 duo processor so I don't get it

Peter,
"shouting" at Steve (and upper case typing is classed as shouting in this case) doesn't bring to anywhere.
The application "GPGFileTool" you're referring to is not supported by us (it was written 2003 by Alexander Nouak).
Please have a look at our GPGServices screenshots and screencast ( http://www.gpgtools.org/gpgservices/index.html ) on how we support OpenPGP files via GUI in Lion.
Best regards, Alex

Dear Alex
I was not shouting at anyone, don't get so hung up about upper or lower case.
I don't get anywhere with the gpgservices unfortunately, I have downloaded and installed but thats as far as it goes, after that nothing else can be found.
appreciate your help but any other suggestions
Regards
Peter

Peter, caps lock is (around the globe) understood as shouting. Now you know that. No problem.
If you want us to talk I can only repeat my initial post which said:
could you please copy the form from: http://support.gpgtools.org/kb/faq/found-an-issue and provide more info?
Without knowing what goes wrong at which step we can't help.
We'd still like to solve your issue though.
All the best, steve

You mean there are no entries in System Preferences > Keyboard > Keyboard Shortcuts > Services > Files and Folders > OpenPGP: XXX?
