default use of encryption

I just uploaded gpgtools to try it out. Seems to work fine. I was surprised to see a popup requesting my passphrase when I simply wanted to send a standard email. I expected to have to request that the email would be encrypted.

    Your password for your OpenPGP key is being requested, whenever you send out a signed message.
