Duplicate "From" addresses in Mountain Lion when OpenPGP enabled
I am using multiple mail accounts. This means for composing mail I have a drop down box with the addresses from the 3 mailing addresses that I am using. Since installing GPGTools I have the email addresses that have a GPG key present duplicated in the "From" drop down box. I can change this behaviour by selecting S/Mime instead of OpenPGP in the little box at the top right of the new message window.
I am attaching a couple of screen captures to hopefully make this clearer.

Hi Adi,
this is rather a "feature" than a bug. The reason you see two entries in the from field is due to the fact that you have two different gpg secret keys associated with the same email address.
Now in order to decide which key you want to use to sign a message, we show you both keys (we've received reports in the past, that people want to select the key)
Is there a reason you have two secret keys with the same email address? If you don't need one of them anymore, simply disable it in GPG Keychain Access, and the duplicate entry in Mail goes away.
Hope that helps.

That explains it.
The reason for 2 keys... When I created my initial key I needed to have it apply to both email accounts. I created a key for each (and made some mistakes, too). By default the 'send to key server" is checked. So before I knew it, my initial trials resulting in bad keys were not just local but sent to the key server. I then revoked the keys, followed by creating a new key properly.
As far as disabling the keys in GPG Keychain Access, all I see is the option to delete. Is there a way to disable?
Thanks!

I found the disable check box. Wonderful! All works now.
Thank you.

There is, but not really obvious at this moment. We have a lot to revamp in the GPG Keychain Access UI. If you right-click and select info (I think it's info) you should see the disable option at the very bottom.
