Hi,
The software isn't compatible with my mac os x mail. I was wondering if I should upgrade to snow leopard or mountain lion. I'm not sure what to do. I don't really want to upgrade…

Thanks,
Lindsay

    Hi Lindsay,

we have a working version for Snow Leopard, Lion and now Mountain Lion.
The one restriction is that the Mountain Lion version is donation only at the moment.
Will be freely available once it's stable for everyone again.

    Hope that helps!

How can I donate and get the mountain lion compatible version?

    Hi Joel,

GPGMail Mountain Lion preview should be in your inbox.

@Lindsay: which version of OS X are you running? We also still have a working version for 10.5 Leopard. Let us know.

    Hey,

I have 10.6.8 but my friend told me to upgrade to Lion instead. So I'll try it in a few hours and I'll reply back later.

    Thank you!

If you have 10.6.8, we have a fix for that if you've just recently installed the security update.

Just for your information, upgrading to Lion is definitely not a bad thing :)

I'm not really interested in upgrading to Lion. I'm lazy. What do i have to do?

    Hi Lindsay,

what couldn't you open? The attached zip file?
The .mailbundle file you don't have to open but simply put it into /Library/Mail/Bundles

Okay I think I got it but theres no mail bundle in the mail folder thing. I only have mail downloads and mail. It didn't work?

    3.) Enter

    /Library/Mail/Bundles

    4.) Press Open

It still doesn't work. Should I just download Lion?

    Hi Lindsay,

could you try to simply install the following version of GPGMail: https://nightly.gpgtools.org/GPGMail_10.6-latest.dmg

Let me know if that works!
