GPG plugin disabled after installing security fix - 2012.Sep.19

After rebooting my computer I got the message that the GPG plugin has been disabled. Right now I can not access my GPG mails.

   Hi,
   Same for me, security fix on Snow Leopard today, reboot, and mail 4.6 says the gpg plugin is not compatible, disabled... No access to my encrypted mails now !

   How can we help for a fix ?
