Cannot view encrypted mail in mail.app. Can view encrypted email with enigmail and Thunderbird
Software name and version: (e.g. GPGMail 1.3.3 or GPG Keychain
Access 1.0b7)
OS X version: 10.6.8
GPGTools Installer date:
GPGtools-20120318
When i receive an email in mail.app the there is notice saying the email has been encrypted with OpenPGP. I click the decrypt button. The message now shows who the message was signed by but the body of the message is still encrypted.
When I look at the same message in Engigmail/Thunderbird I can read the contents of the email. What am I doing wrong in mail.app?

Hey Jack. Somewhat bad news, GPGMail 1 won't receive any patches from the core-team since we are hard at work on the 10.7 final and 10.8 compatibility (GPGMail 2).
We might do a backport to 10.6 once the dust settles but currently we have very little time.
I have not seen this problem before. Very strange. Since your tests work fine in Thunderbird I'd assume you have all the keys you need for things to work.
All the best,
steve
