Unable to decrypt messages (web)

I have followed all the steps to install GPGMail and cannot decrypt messages. When I try to open an encrypted email, I receive error message banner:
MESSAGE_BANNER_PGP_DECRYPT_GENERAL_ERROR_TITLE
When I view the details, I receive the same error message. I have pored over help files, forums, faqs, etc. and can't seem to find an answer to this.

I really need to be able to open these email asap, and don't want to have to switch back to Entourage or Outlook for Mac. Please let me know what I can do.

Thanks so much!
Keith

    Hi Keith,

first, please install the nightly version of GPGMail from https://nightly.gpgtools.org
It's the most stable one at the moment and should show you a proper log message.

Also, please check your Console.app log messages and post everything that
    starts with gpg.
(Please remove any confidential or private info first)

    Hope that helps.
