Sharing keyring with Windows ?

This is my configuration:
* Software name and version: GPGTools 2012.03.18 - 18. March 2012 *
OS X version: 10.8
May be this is off-topic, in that case I apologize with you in advance ;-)
What about the WIn version from gpg4win.org ? I found they are
not affiliated with You.
Suppose I want to use those tools on my PC to share cyphered
documents managed with my Mac...Do you know if they use same key
servers as yours and keyrings can be in some way reused ?
Of course I could submit the same issue to them, but before I
prefer to look here...
