Setting up a second user on the same laptop
I actually have three accounts / users on my laptop. One is an admin user which I rarely use. The other two are personal, non-admin accounts -- one for my personal stuff and one for my work stuff.
I installed the package as my work id but when prompted for an admin password, I gave it the admin user id and password. All that seemed to go fine. I created a key pair and sent a few emails. I can see gpg in my preferences panel, etc.
I logged out and logged back in as the other non-admin user. I don't see gpg in my preferences panel. When I do "ps -ef" I can see gpg-agent running for the work user but not for the non-work (non-admin) user.
I thought about installing a second time but thought that I might should ask first. I searched around and could not find this question.
Thank you,
Perry

Hi Perry,
in the past we've installed all our tools in the user's library, but now we've changed that to use the multi user library (/Library).
So the best thing to do this is to run the GPGTools uninstaller and uninstall everything first.
After that, download the nightly build of GPGTools from http://nightly.gpgtools.org and install that version.
After the installation completes try to login with one of your other users and check if you can see the GPG Preferences. They should be there, but I'm not entirely sure if they are installed in the multi user library as well.
In order to use gpg on your other accounts the last thing you need to do is importing your private keys.
For that follow these steps:
1.) Login to your account where you've originally created your GPG keys.
2.) Open GPG Keychain Access
3.) Check "Only show private keys" in the lower right corner (loosely translated from german)
4.) Select the keys you want to use on the other accounts and press Export in the toolbar (check "export secret key" option)
5.) Store them to a place where you have access to from the other accounts (for example in /Users)
6.) Login to another account
7.) Open GPG Keychain Access
8.) Press Import from the toolbar
9.) Select the key file you exported in step 4
10.) Repeat 6-9 for each other account
Hope that helps.
