Signed identity in email is blank

I have installed the public key from US-CERT (http://www.us-cert.gov/pgp/email.html) but when I look at any signed message from US-CERT using this key in Mail.app, I see that it is signed, but the signature is blank. [See attached screen shot.] I am on OS X 10.7.4 using the nightly installer (trunk) from today. Is this because the signature has a different email address then the account that sent the message? How do I set GPG up so that that the "Signed" identity is not blank?

Hey Joe, this behavior is somewhat strange.

    • If you don't have the pub key you should see an error msg telling you just this.
    • If you have the pub key (which you wrote) you should see the key ID or mail address in the brakets.

Could you please try if this problem still exists once you install the latest nightly GPGTools Installer from here: http://nightly.gpgtools.org/

And sorry for slow response times. Life can get busy, you know.

    All the best :)
