Hi,
could you give us some more information what doesn't work for you?
Installing GPGTools? Problems with GPGMail? GPG Keychain Access not installed?
We're glad to help, but we need more info.

Hey Alan,
I don't yet understand at which point what exactly is not working for you. Could you please go to: http://support.gpgtools.org/kb/faq/found-an-issue and copy-paste the form to your next response. We need to know all the details which of our tools (pls include version number) causes what problem for you.
You might also want to post a log file. See here on how to do that: http://support.gpgtools.org/kb/faq/how-can-i-generate-debugging-inf...
The more we know, the better and faster we can offer help and solve your issue.
All the best,
steve

Hey Alain,
thanks for the additional info.
Ok, I'm not sure where the issue is. Could you please test this:
If it does not work, please send a screenshot of your GPG Keychain Access so we can see if it has both your and my key.
Cheers and all the best,
steve

Hi Alain,
could you please try the following version of GPGMail.
Just place the GPGMail.mailbundle into ~/Library/Mail/Bundles and restart Mail.app
http://cl.ly/1F1d1e231N1I0X2F1r10
and let us know if it works

Hi Steve
I replace in library the patch you send me.
I restart mail and it is the same.
Also if i want to encrypt a file it is not possible ( i have activated all services Open pgp encrypt and decrypt.)

So are we getting closer? Could you retry sending an encrypted message to me? Also you might have to restart mail if you just added my key so the changes will be recognized.
Please delete the old 2048 bit DSA key - I don't have that anymore.
Also, I wasn't able to find your key on the key servers. Did you upload it already. Or you do not want to do that?
All the best,
steve

Hey Alain,
great both your messages arrived encrypted and signed. Good job and looks like your setup is working just fine.
Alain: "1) i try to import a picture to my key and i can do that"
No problem. Open GPG Keychain Access, then double click your key. Up comes "Key Inspector". Hit the "+" on the bottom to add a picture. (see attached screenshot)
Alain: "2) when i export my private and secret key to a directory it seems my private key is not protected am i wrong?"
You should only export your private key to make a backup of it. The safety of that backup depends on how you deal with it. Leaving it on a USB-stick openly on your desk would be rather insecure. Putting it in your safe bank deposit might be saver. Putting it in a safe at a friends house might be save. You get the idea... The key itself is not encrypted. But it's not usable without also knowing the according passphrase.
Alain: "3) i had some problem to export and import key to serveurs.
(pgp.uni-mainz.de works very well)"
If you experience problems with key servers please take the time and sign up with a free github account. You then will be able to edit and update the key server wiki accordingly. This is very helpful to many users as well as our dev team, because only then we know which servers are reliable and will change default lists for future releases. https://github.com/GPGTools/GPGTools/wiki/Keyservers
And now enjoy your working setup of GPGTools :)
steve
