Where do i sign a public key?

GPG Mail - 2.0a30

Where do i sign a public key from someone else?
cannot find this option

    Hi Ben,

    to sign a public key you use GPG Keychain Access.
    Simply select the public key, right-click, Sign (Beglaubigen)
    and complete the dialog and click on "Create signature" (Beglaubigung erstellen).

    Oh also, if you only installed GPGMail, please install GPG Keychain Access from http://nightly.gpgtools.org or simply the entire GPGTools suite.
