Delete it out of your keychain. (In GPG keychain acces: CTRL-click and select delete, or go to the KEY-menu and select delete)
If you uploaded it to a keyserver, you can't. You need to revoke the key, and upload/sync the key again to the keyservers.

Cristiano, were you able to get this solved or do you need further assistance?
Revoking outdated keys is important because otherwise your friends might not be able to determine which key to use when they look for your key on the key servers.

steve

Hey Christiano, if you no longer have the sec key there, it is impossible to create the revocation certificate, that's needed to revoke the old keys.
Happened to me as well, very annoying but nothing either one of us could do anything about.
Maybe add a comment to the key you are currently using?
Sorry I don't have a more positive answer or better solution for your problem.
Cheers,
steve
