GPGTools-20120318.dmg installed on OS X 10.6.8 to work with MS Outlook for Mac, 2011: How do I manage to make GPG to work on this platform with MS outlook for Mac 2011? I do NOT use the mail program supplied from Apple? Can anyone tell me how to make this
