Services not available for all accounts
Environment: Tried GPG 20120318, installed it first on account b, seems to work except for signature validations (no signature found in message).
But when i select highlighted text in textedit and goto services, there are no pgp options on account a.
Ran the installer on both accounts. Tried nightly build. how does it work on one but not the other? (yes i checked by services settings in keyboard system prefs)
Running snow lep 10.6.8 on a macbook

Update: I uninstalled and reinstalled (went back to ver 20120103) everything seems to work nicely.
I've noticed one "idiot" feature that when you try to verify a message, if you don't have the public key, it reaches out and grabs one from the default keyserver, and then tells you everything is a-o-kay. I believe it should prompt you with a notification as to whether or not you want to do that. Keys shouldn't be added w/o user interaction, even if they are listed as (untrusted).

I was going to suggest uninstalling and then re-installing. Older installers might have put GPGServices.service in a user's private Library. Recent installers respect that and keep it there, but if you do an uninstall and re-install, recent installers will put it in the shared /Library.
Regarding automatic keys: version 20120103 which you fell back probably does allow the user's default auto-key-retrieve setting to apply—but recent versions do not do this.
So if you can, please do install the latest version.
