How to decrypt file > "import failed code: 0"

Environment:

• Software name and version: (e.g. GPGMail 2.0a4 or GPG Keychain Access 1.0b3)
• OS X version: (e.g. 10.7.2)
• GPGTools Installer date:

What steps will reproduce the problem? Please be as specific as possible.

1. ...import file from downloads
2. ...import failed error message
3. ...

What do you expect to see? What do you see instead?

   I just downloaded the GPGTools Installer today and running a test to see if i can decrypt a file - - need assistance in how to do this, i appreciate it

   I'm not sure where you are having trouble with which step. Please have a look at our Quickstart Tutorial to understand how GPGTools work.
